Students and Relationships:
The general rule for students and improving relationships is as follows.
  - Gain access to their crafting / shop expertise. If they do not have this, they instead can be used to aid you on a skill check during downtime that they are skilled in, using their modifier if it is higher
  - Gain access to one of the following: No Critical failures if studying together. Turn successes into critical successes for study. Roll twice and take the higher number when studying. No exhaustion from cramming or roll twice and take the higher number when cramming. The first few are interchangeable (there are recommendations, but it's fine to change them up). The last one is unique and only students who cram on their own can teach you cramming skills.
  - Gain access to their unique magic item or specialty spell. If they have neither, you instead gain a focus spell relevant to their background or abilities.
  - You gain their trust.
  - You decide if you want to pursue a relationship or maintain friendship.
