Previously a dormitory, the dwindling class sizes pushed this building to become a nature library. But, lack of focus (most primal magic teachers prefer teaching practical studies outdoors or in the campus gardens) means this never took off. As such, it is in a state of disrepair and most of the books have been moved. The building is currently locked down to prevent animals from entering the building.
Prior to moving around, Tree Stump Library was supposed to be the library on primal magic and nature. Archhorn Library for divine magic, history, architecture, and everything related to people. Heron Archives was for arcane magic and general magical studies and theories. The Between was, and still does, contain many books on the occult, planar studies, and spirits. Due to two libraries being damaged, and the increased focus on practical studies, Heron Archives serves as a central library for basic studies for all first and second year students while advanced books are kept in The Between or are held by teachers in their offices to be handed out to students who request it for a class project.
