This is the school's post office and serves as the central hub for communication with the outside world. Frequently, first time visitors are encouraged to go to this building instead of the administrative buildings. Everything related to diplomacy is conducted at this school (teachers who teach diplomats have offices here, students frequently study diplomacy here, diplomats are received here, etc). There is also a small portion of the building dedicated as a small hotel for no cost for visitors in dedication to Verdant Spider.
